Rza Rzayev was born on May 17, 1973 in the Shahbuz region of the Nakhchivan. Rza Rzayev, who graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Management and Business Institute, received a second degree at the Academy of Public Administration. He began his master's degree at the Faculty of Cinema and Television of Beykent University in Turkey in 2014. Until 2014, he worked as an adviser at the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Delegation in Baku. For the first time he starred Rovshan Almuradli’s movie " Enough, do not cry". Then, Rashad's "Undessen Girl" TV series. After the series "Unvaccessed Girl", he goes away from the film world and refuses all the invitations. After a long break he is invited to the role of Javad Khan's son in the film "Javad Khan". But for some reason, he does not want to play in this movie. At the invitation of director Elkhan Jafarov, he shoted in “Hail” and created character "Dragon" in 2012.
