A dreamy holiday spent in a beautiful country house turns into a psychological nightmare. Ben, Louise and their daughter Agnes Dalton are a family living in London who have gone to Italy for a holiday and who seem to have no problems with each other. On this holiday, which they go on to overcome Ben's decline in his business career, they meet a much more energetic, crazy and colorful family than themselves and they become friends with them in a short time. This second family, consisting of father Paddy, his wife Ciara and their son Ant, invite the Dalton family, who have returned to London after their holiday, to their country house in England to spend a few days. The Dalton family, who accept the invitation and come home, will soon realize that these new friends are not what they seem.
