François Dupeyron was a French film director and screenwriter. François Dupeyron was born on August 14, 1950 in Tartas, Landes, France. He was known for C'est quoi la vie? (1999), Aide-toi, le ciel t'aidera (2008) and Lamento (1988). He directed 17 films between 1977 and 2015, knows for The Favourite Son (1994), What's life? (1999), The Officers' Ward (2001), Monsieur Ibrahim and the Flowers of the Koran (2003), One of a kind (2013). His film La Chambre des officiers was entered into the 2001 Cannes Film Festival. He died on February 25, 2016 in Paris, France.
