Svyatoslav Podgayevsky was born in Moscow on February 8, 1983. While studying at the first courses of the institute he worked as an editor at the Gorky film studio, as well as as a director on the NTV television channel. He often films his horror films. Svyatoslav began his career with short films, and afterwards in his filmography appeared such films as "Possession 18" (2013), "Queen of Spades: Black Rite" (2015) and "Bride" (2017). In 2004 year Podgaevsky made his first film. They became a ten-minute short film "Jedi", which was based on the universe of "Star Wars" George Lucas. In the same year the director shoots the short film "Journey", and in 2005 his filmography is replenished with just three short films: "Traitor", "Close People" and "The Inhuman."
