Gulzar Gurbanova was born on July 24, 1970. Graduated from Moscow Cinematography Institute. She is an Actress of the Yug State Theater. She has created more than 20 roles in the cinema. Her role in "Missing Memories" won "Golden Peary" award in the nomination "The Best Female Role". She is "Honored Artist of Azerbaijan". She started her film "Qam pencersi" at her early ages. She is wife of Azerbaijani actor and director Elkhan Jafarov is the bride of Screenwriter Maila Muradkhanli.
