Igor Grinyakin is a Russian actor, film director, screenwriter, producer and cameraman. Laureate of the Golden Eagle Award (2008). Laureate of the TEFI Award (2009).

Igor Grinyakin was born on February 24, 1981 in Belgorod. He graduated from VGIK in 2003 (camera faculty, Vadim Yusov's studio).

Igor Grinyakin was the second operator in Sergei Bodrov's film "Messenger". On September 20, 2002, due to the collapse of the Kolka Glacier in the Karmadon Gorge and the death of virtually the entire crew, the work on the film was discontinued. More than 120 people were injured during this catastrophe. Igor managed to leave there 10 minutes before the avalanche and miraculously survived.
