Viktor Vladimirovich Glukhov (born July 5, 1953) is a Soviet cultural figure, producer. He graduated from the VGIK Faculty of Economics (1982). In 1982-1989, he worked in the Goskino system of the Ministry of Culture of the RSFSR (deputy chief, head of the Control and Audit Office). 1989-1999 - Director of the creative association Slovo at the Mosfilm film studio. He founded the Slovo Production Company LLC in 1992. Since 1993, he has been vice president of IMT (Italian Mosfilm Tecnica - rental of the latest camera and lighting equipment). In 1999-2000 - Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Russian Federation for Cinematography.
