Igor Vladlenovich Khristenko (born July 4, 1959, Rostov-on-Don) is a Soviet and Russian entertainer, comedian, theater and film actor, parody artist. Born on July 4, 1959 in Rostov-on-Don, in the family of the famous opera singer Vladlen Semenovich Khristenko and ballerina, Honored Artist of the Tajik SSR Alla Pavlovna Polyakova. After graduation, he moved to Moscow, where he enrolled in the Higher Theater School named after M. S. Shchepkin for the course of Viktor Ivanovich Korshunov. Igor’s wife, Elena, is also a graduate of this school. In 1980, after graduating from the school, he worked at the Satire Theater, where he played for several years. In the 1990s, he appeared on television with parodies of Boris Nikolaevich Yeltsin, Alexander Ivanovich Lebed and Vladimir Volfovich Zhirinovsky. Then Vladimir Zhirinovsky liked his number so much that he called him to some parties. Between 1999 and 2002 he worked on the television project of the NTV channel Kukly, where he voiced twelve characters. He starred in the films of directors Vladimir Gorikker, Sergey Nikonenko, Dmitry Astrakhan and Andrei Gorbaty, as well as in the newsreels "Jumble" and "Wick." He took part in voice-over of animated films. He worked in the TV show of Evgeny Petrosyan “Crooked Mirror” and in the TV show “It's Funny” on Russia 1 channel.
