Reis Çelik (b. 1961, Ardahan), Turkish film director, screenwriter. After primary and secondary education, he settled in Istanbul. He studied music at the Istanbul Municipal Conservatory and studied International Economics at the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University. He shot his first feature film in 1996. On April 21, 2005, he was attacked in front of the Vakko store on Istiklal Street in Istanbul. He was seriously injured on the cheek and belly.
