Stanislav Nikolayevich Khitrov (July 22, 1936 - May 24, 1985) was a Soviet film and theater actor, born July 22, 1936 in Moscow. In 1959 he graduated with honors from VGIK (workshop of Vladimir Belokurov). By this time, he had already played in his first two films. The first major role in the movie took place in the film by Yevgeny Karelov “Yasha Toporkov.” The actor gained popular popularity by playing a supporting role in the comedy Yuri Chulyukin “Girls”. His character was a cheerful guy Filya Egorov. Later on, Stanislav Khitrov worked at the Theater Studio of a film actor and regularly acted in films. He played both positive and negative characters, which with their charm invariably caused sympathy among the audience. Being at the peak of popularity, the actor began to drink more and more often, which, of course, immediately affected his career. Previously starring in two or three films a year, in the second half of the 1970s he almost dropped out of the cinema for several years. His last role was in the television movie by Mikhail Schweizer “Dead Souls.” With a broken leg, he was hospitalized, put in the corridor, on a draft. On May 24, 1985 Stanislav Khitrov died in a Moscow hospital with a diagnosis of pneumonia.
