Hasan Huseyn oglu Guliyev (born 1941) is Doctor of Philosophic Sciences, professor. He currently works in TURAN News Agency (head of analytical services) and Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences (head of the divison "Perception Theory and Science Methodology").
