Michael Neilson is an award winning film and television composer, who lives and works in Vancouver Canada. He is most known for his television work with Syfy channel, scoring over 20 films for the network, including classics such as "Stonehenge Apocalypse", "Snowmageddon", "Zodiac: Signs of the Apocalypse" and "Earths Final Hours". Michael has collaborated with many Canadian independent film makers as well, like Mark Lewis ("The Thaw", "Ill Fated"), Jason C Bourque ("Black Fly" "Drone" ) and Dave Schultz and legendary Canadian producer Don Carmody (Resident Evil, Chicago ) on "45 RPM". Michael presently is a board member of the Screen Composers Guild of Canada (SCGC).
