Pashayev Ilgar Aliabas oglu (Ilgar Fahmi)  -  is Azerbaijani poet, writer, screenwriter, creative secretary of Azerbaijani Union of Writers. Ilgar Fahmi was born in 1975 in Baku. His father is originally for Zira village (Baku).  Studied the Law at Baku State University through 1992-1996. Made his writing debut in 1995. In cinema, he is better known with his screenplays written for "Ölüm növbəsi" (2009, directed by Fikrət Əliyev), Aktrisa" (2010, directed by Rövşən İsax), "Dərvişin qeydləri" (2011-2012, directed by Eldar Quliyev) "Axırıncı dayanacaq" (2013-2014, directed by Fikrət Əliyev), etc.
