Ilgar Musayev was born on July 2, 1980 in Ganja (Azerbaijan). In 2003 he graduated from the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts. In 2001-2003 he worked as an actor at the Azerbaijan State Drama Theater. His performances include: "Dust of light", "A soldier's Mother", "Winter tale", "Phone nights", "Olacağa çarə yoxdur". In 2007-2008, he worked at “İctimai” tv’s “Tele səhnə” program for a year and then worked at ANS TV. Activities In the film: "Cavad Khan" (Uğurlu), "Chosen" (Malik), "Bulagistan" (Allahverdi), "Old Mow" (Dashdemir), "Memory" (Ali), "Do not fear, I'm with you 2" (Captain of the Ship), "Black Holiday" (Shamuyan) "Khoja (Alakbar).
