Emil Guliyev was born in 1986 in Baku. I left secondary school No. 68. I graduated from law department of Moscow State University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. Emil who experimented from the film industry since 2011 launches the first short film "Incognito". There are about 50 short films ("Paradox", "24 km", "Çay pulu", "Lal skripka", commercials, clips).
