Pasquale Catalano (born 1966, Naples) is an Italian film composer, a four-time nominee for the David di Donatello award. He is best known for collaborating with directors Ferzan Ozpetek and Paolo Sorrentino. He studied piano, guitar and violin at the conservatories of his native Naples, Matera and Avellino. Upon termination of training Catalano worked in several theaters. His acquaintance with the world of cinema occurred in the early 90's, when Pasquale wrote music for several films by Pappi Corsicato.
