Macaulay Culkin (born August 26, 1980) is an American actor, author and musician. He started his acting career as a child actor, appearing in the films Rocket Gibraltar (1988) and Uncle Buck (1989). He became famous for portraying the role of Kevin McCallister in the Christmas film Home Alone (1990), for which he was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Musical or Comedy.

He starred in films My Girl (1991), Home Alone 2: Lost in New York (1992), The Good Son (1993), The Pagemaster (1994), Richie Rich (1994), Party Monster (2003), and the music video for Michael Jackson's "Black or White".
