Régis Roinsard was born in 1972 in Louviers (Eure), is a French director and screenwriter. After studying at ESEC, Régis Roinsard made his first short film, Les Petits-Salés in his native region of Louviers. After her second short film, Mrs. Dron, he finds himself behind the camera to make the clip of the song Au Mont Sans-Soucis by Jean-Louis Murat. It then follows a series of clips for the singer Cali for whom he will realize the bonuses of the DVD Full of life. In 2004, he directed the DVD Rendez-vous with Jane for Jane Birkin. In 2006, he directed a series of clips for Ukuyéyé by Mareva, first album of Mareva Galanter, he will use for some the technique of Scopitone. At the same time, he produces commercials and clips, notably for Luke, Anaïs, Étienne Charry and La Maison Tellier.
