Born in Burnley, Lancashire, Laviscount grew up in Ribble Valley where he graduated from Clytherow High School. He was also part of Carol Godby's theater studio in Bury while at school. His parents are from Trinidad and Tobago; he has two brothers: Louis and Jules.
