Ahmet Cihat Tamer (born 24 February 1943, Istanbul), Turkish cinema, theater and television actor. After graduating from Mimar Sinan University Fine Arts Academy, Cihat Tamer started theater as an amateur in Bakırköy Community Center in 1959. Since 1961, he worked in Münir Özkul Theater, Boulevard Theater, Üç Maymun Kabare Theater, Ostrich Cabaret, Üsküdar Actors, Dostlar Theater and Cihat Tamer-Ercan Yazgan Theater.
