Cem Karcı was born May 1, 1982 in the city of Gaziantep. In 1986, his parents moved to Mardin, where he spent his youth. Then he moved to Istanbul and entered the University of Marmara (Marmara Üniversitesi), where he studied at the Faculty of Radio - Television - Cinema. Acquaintance with Zeyno Gonench was a turning point in his life. 9 months later, Jem began his career as an intern with the series “Let the Children Not Hear.”
