Yüksel Aksu (b. 1966, Muğla, Ula), director, screenwriter, actor.He graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Cinema and Television in 1993. He completed his master's degree at the  same department. As a director, he made short films, documentaries and television series. In 2006, he won several awards both in Turkey and abroad with the film Dondurmam Gaymak, which he produced as a producer, director and screenwriter. He also teaches at the Faculty of Communication at Istanbul University.
