Murat Tuncel was born in 1979 in Istanbul. In 2002, he graduated from the Film and Television Faculty of the Mimar Sinan Art University. He is better known for his work on Küf (2012), Aşk Tutulması (2008), Git başımdan (2015), Hababam Sınıfı Üç Buçuk (2005).
