Sergey Vronsky (September 3, 1922, Rostov-on-Don - June 21, 2003, Moscow) cinematographer, screenwriter, director. Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1969). Participant of the WWII, served in aviation units, was wounded. He graduated from the VGIK Faculty of cinematography (1953, workshop of Leonid Kosmatov). In 1953-1956 he was the director of the Rostov studio of documentary films, at the same time was a freelance correspondent for the Pravda newspaper, worked on radio. Since 1956 - the cinematographer at film studio "Mosfilm". He was buried at the Troyekurovsky cemetery of Moscow.
