Alka (real name is Firdous ) was known as a supporting actress in 60's & 70's, she also had guest appearances in many films. Her most memorable role was in 'Kalicharan' were she played hero's sister; however, her career did not take off well and Like many character actors, her career ended in the late 1970's. Married to music director Ganesh (Pyarelal's brother).
