Rovshan Guliyev – is Azerbaijani cinematographer. Rovshan Guliyev was born October 11, 1959 in Baku. Has been working at “Azerbaycanfilm” studio since 1977 in capacity of director of photography and assistent-cinematographer.  Studied cinematography at Moscow State Institute of Cinema through 1985-1990.
