Rafiyev Bagir Jabrayıl oglu – Azerbaijani  cinematographer. Has been named  Honoured Artist in 2018. Bagir Rafiyev was born April 5, 1959 in Baku. He graduated faculty of cinematography in 1981. Presently lives and works in Russia. Participate in various Russian feature and television films. Was director of photography of Ayaz Salayevs award wining “Yarasa” (The Bat) in 1995.
