Nick Simon is a graduate of the American Film Institute Conservatory where he co-wrote and directed two thesis films that had strong festival runs including AFI-Fest and Cinevegas. Following AFI, Nick went on to co-write and direct Removal, released by Lionsgate and starring Billy Burke, Mark Kelly and Emma Caulfield. Nick also co-wrote Cold Comes The Night, released by Sony and starring Bryan Cranston, Alice Eve, and Logan Marshall-Green. In collaboration with Alexandre Aja, Nick co-wrote The Pyramid, released by 20th Century Fox. Working alongside producer Wes Craven, Nick's second directorial feature film, The Girl In The Photographs, starring Kal Penn, Claudia Lee, and Miranda Mayo, premiered at the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival. In 2016 Nick directed Steve Guttenberg and Martin Kove in the 80's throwback monster comedy, 2 Lava 2 Lantula. After that he returned to horror and directed Truth Or Dare, written by Thommy Hutson and starring Cassie Scerbo and Heather Langencamp.
