Sharad Kelkar (born 7 October 1976) is an Indian actor, who appears in mainly Hindi films and television serials. He is also a former physical trainer. He started his career as a gym instructor followed by modeling then he made his first television debut with Aakrosh, which was aired on Doordarshan back in 2004. That was the first time he met his wife, Keerti Gaekwad Kelkar. Sharad has performed in television series and Indian cinema including Marathi, Tollywood, Kolywood and Bollywood. He has won a number of awards for his character. Sharad Kelkar lost his father at a very young age. Since then his mother and elder sister became his strengths. Sharad hails from the city of Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh from Marathi family. He has an MBA in Marketing from Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior. Sharad Kelkar married his co-star Keerti Gaekwad Kelkar on 3 June 2005. Sharad and Keerti participated in Nach Baliye 2. The couple have a daughter named Kesha born in February 2014.
