Kamran Radzhabli graduated from the Moscow power institute and a postgraduate study. In 1985 he returned to Baku, worked as the associate professor of electric systems at the Azerbaijani institute of oil and gas. In 1989 he emigrated to Canada. Now lives in San Diego (USA). He played in such movies as "Return of a violin", "Bread equally", "The last night of the childhood", "The earth, the sea, fire, the sky".
