Shahin Hasanli was born on July 9, 1972. 1979-1987 studied in the school number 95. In 1987-1990, she continued her education at the Painting School # 84. Acquired art lessons at honored painter Togrul Sadigzadeh's studio. His teacher in cinema is painter Adil Azay.
Since 1990 works at the Azerbaijanfilm studio. He works as a costume artist and artist in the cinema. He is a member of the Union of Cinematographers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
