Mark Burg was born on December 9 in 1959. Best known for his work on the Saw film series and on the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men. Burg was President of Island Pictures in the early 1990s and produced many films such as Basketball Diaries (1995), The Sandlot, The Cure, and gave Halle Berry her first leading role, in Strictly Business (1991). In the late 1990s, with his producing partner Oren Koules, he created Evolution Entertainment, which produces film and television and manages writers, directors, and actors.
