Nadir Alimukhtar oglu Zeynalov was born on August 27, 1928 in Baku. 1943-1949 he studied at the Azerbaijan School of Painting. In 1949-1955 he studied at the Painting Department of the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography in Moscow. In 1956 he began working as an artist in the Azerfilm studio. He was a creative artist of the first Azerbaijani color film. Honored Artist of the Azerbaijan SSR. Nadir Zeynalov died on March 16, 1987.
