Harriet Garrett "Harley" Graham is an American actress. She is probably best known for her role as Fransceca McHale in the ABC sitcom Grey's Anatomy. She also appeared in films such as Thor(2011), Chasing Mavericks (2012), and Hot Pursuit (2015). For Disney, she voiced Princess Clio on the Disney Junior anmated series Sofia the First.
