Vuqar Valihanov was born on August 25, 1982 in Sumqayit. From 2000 to 2004, he studied at the Drama and Cinema Actor faculty of the Azerbaijan State University of Art, actor Aliabas Gadirov. After working for the Sumgayit theater for some time, present days he works for in the Baku Municipal Theater.
