Known for the Comedy Central sketch show Kay and Peel, the USA Network comedy series Game House, and as a member of the Crazy TV show. He also starred in the first season of the FX series Fargo and had a recurring role on the sixth and seventh seasons of Parks and Recreation. Kay hosted the American version of Animal Planet's Funniest Animals from 2005 until the program closed in 2008.
