Fedor Dobronravov - born on September 2, 1921 in Moscow, took part in the Great Patriotic War. He fought in the Caucasus, was wounded. Then, as part of the 1st Belorussian Front, he especially distinguished himself in battles on the outskirts of Berlin and in the Berlin operation. Commander of a photo platoon of a separate reconnaissance division of the 6th breakthrough artillery corps of the RGK. Honored Artist of the RSFSR (18.07.1973). Graduated from the camera department of VGIK (1950). Since 1950 he worked at Mosfilm. Since 1984 he lived in the USA. He passed away on December 1, 2014.
