Biography
Lev Arkadiev - Soviet writer, playwright, journalist, screenwriter (September 18, 1924, Odessa - September 11, 2003, Moscow). Member of the Union of Cinematographers of the USSR. Participant of the Great Patriotic War. He went to the front as a volunteer. He reached Berlin and studied at the Gorky Literary Institute (1948-1951). As a journalist, he was in Kara-Kum, on the virgin lands, at the North Pole 6 drifting station. Author of children's books, stories and essays.
