Craig Gillespie (born 1 September 1967) is an Australian film, television, and commercial director, best known for his films Lars and the Real Girl, the Fright Night remake, and I, Tonya. Gillespie started out as an intern at ad agency J. Walter Thompson, New York. He then moved on to D'Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles, BBDO, Deutsch, and Ammirati & Puris, first as an art director, later as a creative director.
