Hasan Hakan Bilgin (born April 4, 1967, Samsun) is a Turkish television,  cinema and theater actor. He is originally from Artvin. After his work at Ordu Municipality Black Sea Theater, he started his professional career with Ortaoyuncular in 1990. He was the owner of Sakizli Cafe in Nişantaşı in 2008.
