Necati Bilgiç, (b. May 1, 1953, Bursa), Turkish film and theater actor. He was born in 1953 in Bursa. After coming to Istanbul, she graduated from the Theater Department of the Municipal Conservatory. He started his acting career in Haldun Dormen Theater. Uğur (Uğur Yücel) - Necati, which first appeared on TRT, was recognized with the dual show program. The actor has mostly acted in supporting roles in films. He performed successfully in the role of "Niyazi" in the first season of Çiçek Taxi.
