Yusuf Berkan Demirbag is a Turkish actor. He is known for his roles in the 2011 movie Can , and the TV series Magnificent Century.In the 2011 film Can , Yusuf Berkan Demirbag plays the title role of Can, a young boy illegally procured by a young married couple in Istanbul. The couple, portrayed by Selen Uçer (Can’s mother, Ayse) and Serdar Orçin (Can’s father, Cemal), struggle throughout the film to keep the knowledge of their son Can from others. Cemal is also involved in some other illegal activities in the city of Istanbul, which adds to the tension of hiding Can. Can was directed and written by Rasit Çelikezer, and was nominated for and subsequently won the World Cinema Dramatic Special Jury Prize for Artistic Vision at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.
