Başak Parlak (born November 3, 1989, Tekirdağ) is a Turkish actor and model. In 2017, he portrayed the character Seda in the Winter Sun series, but due to low ratings he made the finals in the 18th episode of the series. He played the same character in the television series Şevkat Yerimdar which was published between 2017-2018.
