Isil Özgentürk is a Turkish author, screenwriter, director, journalist, and columnist. She was born September 19, 1948 in Gaziantep. She is the wife of prominent Turkish theatre and film director Ali Özgentürk. She is better known for Seni seviyorum Rosa (1992), Yilani öldürseler (1981), At (1982) and Bekçi (1985).
