Muzaffer Aslan was born on March 2, 1921 in Smyrna, Ottoman Empire. He was a producer and director, known for Ankara ekspresi (1970), Anasi gibi (1957) and Agliyorum (1973). He was married to Fatma Andaç. He died in 1992 in Istanbul, Turkey.
